  • Abide by Connecting-America’s Terms of Service and any other standard required by Connecting-America. This includes, but is not limited to unsolicited bulk e-mail policy and any policies specific to children and teens.
  • Receive orders electronically, process them promptly, and provide order confirmation within one business day of receipt. This includes, but is not limited to, notifying customers of any back-ordered items and/or substitution offers.
  • Respond to customer service e-mails and phone calls within one business day of receipt.

As a result, in the highly unlikely event that an unauthorized person intercepts the transmission, he/she won't be able to read or to understand any of your personal information.

Protect yourself! You should also protect yourself from credit card fraud by following this simple guideline: NEVER give your credit card information or password to unauthorized persons contacting you via e-mail or Instant Message. These requests are ALWAYS fraudulent.

The only times you will be asked for your credit card number will be during initial Connecting-America registration or when making a purchase online. Connecting-America or its affiliates will never ask you for your credit card number.
