Thank you for your interest in our newest products. Enclosed is some product
and pricing information on our 100% Satellite Tracking and Communications
system for your Customer's trucks and/or trailers. Our product information on
the Satellite Tracking device, our 2-way In-Cab
Messaging product, and our Datatracker device that
monitors engine performance (and logs the odometer readings at all state line
crossings that we use to do all of your Fuel Tax Reporting for FREE!).
This system is 100% Satellite and will provide continuous coverage throughout
North America (including US, Canada, and Mexico)...with NO DEAD SPOTS!
The system interface is web based and does require a small upfront cost (of
just $25 per vehicle) for software purchases, etc. and allows you to log onto your account anywhere in the world as long as you have
Internet access. We require a minimal contract for monthly airtime,
allowing each Customer to manage their fleet as their business dictates
without having to continue paying for a truck or trailer that might be
parked. Also, we do NOT charge for airtime overages.
In regards to the product specifics, here's what you get with each unit:
Tracking (Truck & Trailer): Our GPS capability allows you to
track and monitor your fleet and gives you the ability to locate your assets
to within 50 ft of their location. This system can also determine
asset speed, latitude and longitude.
Messaging: Our In-Cab Messaging solution provides real time
two-way text messaging that lets you communicate with your drivers, helping
improve customer service, fleet utilization, driver security and dispatcher
productivity. This unit is easy to use and also provides the driver with
pre-programmed response messages that eliminate the need for typing long text
messages (arrived shipper, departing consignee, fuel purchase, etc). Also, we
do NOT charge per character charges on your messaging system. Your company
will have total control of how detailed you'd like your messages to be.
Datatracker: This module monitors engine performance
standards and notifies you of any irregularities. It will monitor Fault Code
readings such as Oil Pressure and Temperature, Coolant Level and Temperature,
Intake Manifold Temperature, etc. It will also provide Performance Reports
from the previous days 24 hour activity and give you information on Engine
Hours, Idle Times, RPMs, Speeding, and most importantly it will log your
Odometer Reading every time you cross a state line telling you how many miles
your truck traveled in each specific state. This in turn is the information
we use to provide Automated Fuel Tax Reporting for FREE.
As for pricing, because the full truck solution has 3 different components to
it, we have included the different combinations on what lease to own options
would be as well as what the purchase price is for the equipment.

We can also arrange an online demonstration for you to view our newest system
