Getting set up is easy with DataTrack Begin by generating bar code labels for all assets. DataTrack is designed to take advantage of bar code technology and can utilize either bar code printers or standard laser printers for bar codes generation. Information about missing assets, assets that require attention, moved or newly added assets is easily generated To check out an item, scan or manually enter the employee or customer number of the person checking it out. Then scan the barcode ID on the item. When the item is returned, use the scanner or software GUI to check it back in. Track items in need of repair while maintaining associated costs and repair history.
